In Maharashtra, confusion over central order to replace near-expiry vials

Union health ministry officials say they have directed states to take up the unused stock of vaccines with private hospitals for immunisation drives at government centres. In lieu, the state governments have been told to offer fresh vaccines to the private hospitals.
